Cindy Chen oversees HMP Market Access Insights’ quantitative research initiatives in oncology and assists with our clinical evidence initiative, exploring payer data requirements for coverage of gene therapies and other products addressing rare diseases. Cindy has worked with multiple global life sciences companies while at Strategic Decisions Group, IMS Consulting Group, and as an independent consultant. She has helped pharmaceutical companies evaluate development strategies for pipeline candidates, supported long-term strategic planning, and optimized portfolios of development and in-market franchises. Cindy holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business, a bachelor’s in business administration from the Haas School at UC Berkeley and is a Certified Public Accountant.
